Amanda
Amanda's read: HDHP Saver covers most of your team at the lowest total cost. PPO Plus is the richest option if you expect a heavy year.
Why it's different

Plan setup used to be a project.

The old way

Re-type every SBC by hand.

Someone keys each plan into the ben-admin, field by field.
A separate spreadsheet to compare, rebuilt every renewal.
A typo in a deductible nobody catches until a claim.
Days of work before anyone can pick a plan.
With Keel

Amanda reads the PDFs.

Drop the SBCs and rate sheets in. The catalog builds itself.
Side-by-side comparison comes standard, always current.
Every value links to its source line, so nothing is guessed.
Minutes, and your people are choosing.
What Amanda reads

Carrier paperwork goes in. Clean structure comes out.

SBCs, rate sheets, plan summaries, the messy real documents carriers actually send. Amanda pulls the numbers that matter and lines them up, the same way every time, so a benefits guide your people understand is just there.

Questions

The details.

How does Amanda know she read the SBC right?
Every value in the catalog links back to the exact source: the document and the page it came from. Turn on "show where each value came from" in the table above and you can audit any number in one click. Anything ambiguous gets flagged for a human before it goes live.
What documents can it read?
Standard SBCs, carrier plan summaries, and rate sheets, in PDF, Excel, or Word. Medical, dental, vision, and the voluntary lines. If the carrier sent it, Amanda can usually read it.
What happens at renewal when the plans change?
Drop in the new SBCs and Amanda rebuilds the catalog, then shows you exactly what changed from last year, deductible by deductible. No rebuilding the spreadsheet from scratch.
Is "Amanda's pick" a real recommendation?
In the catalog it is illustrative. The real, personalized recommendation happens in Keel Enroll, where Amanda weighs each employee's own situation. Catalog's job is to make the plans clear and comparable so that recommendation has solid ground to stand on.
