Keel Pulse · live

Open enrollment, without the fire drill.

Amanda watches every employee move through enrollment, tells you the few things that need you, and nudges the rest herself. You guide the home stretch, not chase 480 inboxes.

Every client's enrollment, calm and on track.

One quiet board across your whole book. Amanda flags the groups falling behind and nudges them for you, so renewals are a win instead of a scramble.

You're at 78%, 9 points ahead of last year. 41 people are likely to miss the window, I've already started nudging them. Two things could use you: dependents are tripping people up on mobile, and questions about the HDHP deductible are spiking.

Why it's different

Most reports tell you after it's too late.

The old way

A spreadsheet, after the close.

You learn participation dropped once OE is already over.
A static export, days stale, with no "who" and no "why."
No way to reach the people about to fall off.
Next year, you do the exact same thing again.
With Keel

Live, and it acts.

The funnel updates in real time, down to the person.
Amanda flags who is about to miss, and the reason why.
She nudges them automatically, in their language.
You fix participation while the window is still open.
By the numbers

Catch the drop-off while it's still happening.

Questions

The details.

How does Amanda know who's about to miss?
She combines where each person is in the flow right now with the pattern from past enrollments: who tends to stall, on which step, and how close the deadline is. That gives a ranked list of who needs a nudge today, not a guess at the end.
Does the data show individual health information?
No. Pulse shows enrollment progress and elections, never claims, diagnoses, or medications. Keel does not ingest clinical data at all. Sensitive fields are encrypted and access is scoped by role.
Can I see it across all my clients at once?
Yes. Brokers get one board across the whole book, with each client's funnel side by side, so you can see which groups are on track and which need attention without opening ten tabs.
What happens when the nudge goes out?
Amanda reaches the at-risk people through Broadcast, on the channel they actually use, in their language, with a link straight back to where they left off. Then the board shows you who came back.
